Policy strives to ensure that you are satisfied. We want you to love and enjoy your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, please let us know immediately.

CHECK YOUR PRODUCT

Our Products are guaranteed to arrive without defect and we ask you to fully check your purchase before using it. Please carefully check your quality issues and make sure you are highly satisfied with the quality and that your product has no faults within our acceptable level of tolerance* 

 

The level of tolerance is +- 3mm

 

Please check your delivery immediately upon receiving your package and notify us within 3 days of delivery if the items are damaged. Where a claim of defect or damage from delivery is made the items shall be returned by you to us at the Return Address below. You will be entitled to a full refund (including delivery costs) plus any return postal charges.

We ask that you pack the item securely using the original packaging and return them to us. The items to be returned should clearly show the order number obtained from the seller, on/in the package so we know where to send the refund. info@aelcoffee.com to explain the issue and we will go through the required procedures.


RETURN PARCEL

If your parcel is being returned to sender due to any reason such as Unclaimed, Denied Due to Customs Charges, Incomplete/Insufficient Address, Undeliverable as Addressed, Prohibited Import / Denied Entry by Customs, Refused, etc...REFUND issued will be for the cost of the merchandise only (minus $25 USD SHIPPING FEES). The shipping costs will not be reimbursed. The cost of RETURN SHIPPING fees will also be at $25 USD.

REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

Please choose items carefully when ordering, We do not offer refunds on ordered items unless they are subject to conditions of our refund policy.

 

  • Thoroughly check the products before using or disposing of any original packaging or it will result in your warranty being void. If the item is faulty before use we will happily replace it.

  • Our returns and exchange policy does not include the cost of return shipping as we check & QC before shipment that all the jugs will be in between tolerance.*

  • We do not refund for Change of mind or Sale items or Free items or Item was used.

  • We do not refund for Crooked spout or Alignment issues based on own assumption, rather than our  QC "Paper metric scale"

  • We do not refund the shipping cost for refunds or exchanges as all jugs fall within the acceptable level of tolerance.

  • We do not refund if you don't like the jug or spout of the jug after being used, or it doesn't fit you properly later.

  • We do not refund for crooked spout! later as it depends on individual experiences & skills, please check the spout before you try it, if there any problems, please report us immediately within 3 days after you received your items.

  • We must be advised within 3 days of your concerns and for a return to be authorized.

 

We will happily offer the refund of a purchased item(s) if it meets any of the following conditions:

  • It is physically faulty or damaged in some way.

  • The incorrect item was shipped or does not match the description and/or images of the item.

  • The item was out of stock or unavailable at the time the order was placed.

  • Damage to the item has occurred during shipping.
